Hello! I am a full time college student pursuing mortuary science, and working part time as a phlebotomist. I do art as a hobby - I cannot always be reached at normal hours and my schedule for art / commissions vary day to day. Please understand I am trying my best!Custom designs are usually completed within 3-4 days, unless I am unable to keep that timeframe, in which case I will let the commissioner know.
Commissions in my personal style are also done within 4-5 days. Commissions in a fandom style (such as One Piece or Bnha) will take longer as I am attempting to emulate a style not my own. These can range from 5 days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the art requested.Please note, I currently do not work on any commissions on holidays or weekends. My schedule is very busy and I am trying my best to work at a consistent & quick pace, however I also need time to destress. My job is also very stressful & I work the night shift - I usually do not have time or energy to work on commissions on days that I work IRL. It is completely fine to request updates on progress, however please be gracious with me as my real life does come first.

Prices & Payment

Payment upfront via paypal in USD. You will receive an invoice and commissions won't be added to queue or started if not paid.
Commissions 100$+ can have a payment plan. 50% paid first and the rest after first sketch phase. Once paid, the sketch will be worked on
(please be transparent and negotiate with me if you need more time to pay.)
Invoices will be sent after confirmation email and quote has been confirmed by you.
Prices are usually as listed but may vary depending on complexity of design and other factors
> Complex designs (Detailed outfits or tattoos, intricate wings or horns, etc) may have extra charges
>Mechanical parts/vehicles (will not draw mecha) may have extra charges

Cancellation & Refunds

If the client cancels a commission and work has been done, the client will not be refunded.
I reserve the right to cancel the commission and issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done due to harassment, improper conduct, poor communication or inappropriate subject matter.
Poor communication includes not sending information/forms within a few days of claiming a slot, not sending payment when agreed upon, and being generally unreachable/unresponsive in such cases. I’m pretty flexible and will probably issue reminders or warnings because life happens and things come up, but I reserve the right to blacklist the commissioner if this is a recurring issue.
Inappropriate subject matter may include but is not limited to:
- Requesting NSFW when those services are not open (Though asking when they may be open is fine! )
- Things that promote: Racism, anti-lgbtq+ themes (Homophobia, Transphobia ect.) incest, bestiality, pedophilia, facist/nazi propaganda.

Process

Please use visual references when filling a commission form. if you are unable to find visual guides, simplified notes for what you'd like will work. Even stick figure composition works too!
I will not accept intimidating essays of text. This is for getting a clear and concise idea for what you want and expect to get.Clients are allowed 1-2 free redos/tweaks during the sketch confirmation stage. After that, asking for further changes will come at an additional cost
I accept changes on aspects I might have missed. This comes at no extra fee. As long as it was information included in your form
Once confirmation sketch phase is passed, I will be working away on your piece to completion. Complex pieces might have multiple check-ins via email. It is clients responsibility to answer said emails before I move on to working further on piece

Turnaround

Currently, my art does not supply me with a full income. Therefore, I have a job and other factors which may effect my ability to get constant progress on commissions.
Commissions could take anywhere from 1 week to 5 months - minus trips, prior commitments, and illness which could occur. Please be patient with me!
I do not accept deadlines of any kind.

Animals and props are + 5-20$, detailed spots, tattoos, etc are + 5-20$ depending on how detailed they are.

Custom Character

Custom characters come as a cell shaded full body, front and back view. Any extra views (such as a side or back view), along with props and extras come with an increased price.
50 USD for a front + back view, and a chibi in a unique pose.
If you would like extra outfits on the same body, it is counted as an extra view.Custom designs for fandoms (such as bnha) can be done in a reference style for the fandom. See portfolio for a bnha template example.
